  • 1.  Client upgraded from 2016 Standard to Advanced. I

    Client upgraded from 2016 Standard to Advanced. I uninstalled 2016 Standard, installed 2016 Advanced. Ran wksetup. but 2016 workstation is not on Start menu, only 2016 Standard. Re-ran wksetup (re-install) for Advanced, but still can't get Advanced workstation to launch - only Standard. Anyone run into this, know how to get it to recognize Advanced workstation?

    Shot in the dark here. Uninstall them both, remove any folders referencing workstation and install Advanced.

    Weird - actually, the icon is there on the Start menu, just not in the program group with all the other Advanced icons. Once I set the permissions to the workstation setup folder, Advanced launches. Thanks @NancyHanson anyway!
