Client upgraded 2013-2017. Now when printing AP checks, it pulls up Ext Stub printing every single time, and every single time it says NO DATA FOR PRINTING (which is true - they never have Ext Stubs). Always Print Ext Stub is not checked. Anyone had this happen?

If it were me, I would go into options and mark to always print ext stub. Click accept and go back and unselect it. If memory services this information is stored in the AP_Options but is also stored in the SY_?????. By flagging and saving and unflagging and saving, you may update the needed records because it sure is behaving like that flag is marked. Then move on to the more complex solutions.

Stub Lines on the check printing screen?

Had client change # stubs to 30 and STILL get the prompt and then nothing to print.

Just a thought, but have you tried going the other way and only doing 10 lines?

Could it be their customized Crystal check form? Try printing with a clean .rpt.

So I had them run it with a check that actually required an extended stub (then reversed after updating), so we shall see what happens next week.
