Client updated 4.2 to 4.4 (MAS 200). One workstation hangs when printing forms (from preview or straight to printer). You can see the form if you preview - it's the actual printing to the printer that hangs. Any thoughts?

It's not through a terminal server session, is it?

Do the regular reports hang as well (non-legacy) or only forms?

Local Rights issue? Can you log on as administrator and test?

We just went live with a 4.5 install that took FOREVER to print forms but since their IT guy was there, I asked him about AV, firewall, etc. I finally asked about switches and found out they were going through a 10/100 switch. The owner went out and bought a GB switch and it was like night and day!

NEVER MIND. Rebooted and it's fine. Hate telling people to do that, but when it works, it works!

Was that before or after you told them to hit it / kick it once or twice??
