Sage 100

Client running v2015 Adv with 10 users along with TS for remote access by 2-3 users. Due to periodic lockup of Sage (3-5 times a month and all users affected), yesterday we switched host to now run as an application. Today Sage locked up 3 times. I'm praying for suggestions and diagnostic tools.

Kathy, you did it mention what server, 2012R2 etc especially for the TS Server. That said is the lockups happening for the remote users and then the whole system gets locked up. Have you looked at each user's account and verify Spawn Tasks is checked on, and I would also look a DEP settings, there is an article that if this setting is not correct periodic lockups happen.

Is it one server for the application server and terminal server or 2 ?

Some random thoughts.. to piggy-back on Ron's Spawn Tasks are the Keep Alives checked in Server Configuration? Then, to the hardware is it brand-name? Are they running VM Ware or Hyper V? How old is it? We always get the worst performance with ""white box"" servers.

All of the above suggestions checked. The client is also running B To B Visions EDI software with Lexicon-Cleo. The lockups seem to stem from the local EDI users and it seems curious that B To B is ""almost always"" in the system remotely then too.
