Client running SAGE 100 ERP Standard v2013 PU#2, 5 users. Windows 7 workstations connected to a virtual server. Yesterday they started having issues with launching SAGE 100. The first person to launch got in with no problems. The second or third users had to wait and wait for the splash screen and then wait even more time for the login screen. If the first person would exit then the second or third person would get right in. SAGE 100 ERP is not kicking out any error messages, they did get a couple ....not responding... network messages. I checked the Vipre anti-virus setting on two workstations and the proper exclusions are there. I checked and PEP was enabled, and I unchecked it. Up until yesterday they have been working just fine. The IT folks are 'looking"" at the server. I do not have access to the server. Is there anything else I should look at to help get SAGE 100 ERP up and running again?

You might want to try renaming sy_console.m4t and sy_workstation.m4t with everyone out of the system. They should get created as new when someone goes in. I'm also wondering if PEP might still be the issue even though you turned it off now. I know Sage had to send me ""clean"" PEP files to resolve issues one of my clients was having a long time ago. It's possible corruption in one of those files is still causing problems.
