    Client running MAS 90 v4.4 since about March. Just installed SMI. Now she is getting a ...\v440\mas90\mas_systems_sy_module.m4t not found message. Trying to get more information from client. Nothing found looking at the KB yet.

    Is this consistent (on every login). I'm tracking a client who is receiving a similar ""not found"" message - I believe it is network related though and it's only happening once or twice every couple days when they go into or exist MAS90.

    Will report more tomorrow. Maybe it is coincidental that after five months, it started happening immediately after installing SMI. She didn't give me an error number to research it so will have to look at it in the AM.

    Ok my client just upgraded to Windows 7 and the symptom is sporadic messages that a file isn't found. They click through. Can start MAS90 fine after the message. Since some of the messages reference missing system files I think it's unlikely a file is really missing or MAS wouldn't start back up. If I learn more I will update. I am going there today.

    I think that is probably a sy_workstation file. I experienced that with my WIN 7 connecting to MAS 90. Not sure if there is a KB article on it yet.

    Epilogue on my issue. Problem was with the paperless office files. I reinstalled the converter (via company maintenance). Will wait and see if anything breaks when she reinstalls the SMI programs.
