  • 1.  Client running Aatrix 941 for the first time since

    Client running Aatrix 941 for the first time since upgrading to 5.0. They run from Citrix (always have). When they launch the program, it brings up the screen that it's ""accessing the entitlement data"", but apparently doesn't find it because when you get to the Form Selection screen, it's in ""Demo"" mode. When click ""Activate"", it again accesses the entitlement data, but no change. I verified with Sage that the keys are valid. Anyone run into this?

    I've never run into that before, but you may want to check permissions on the aatrix folder under program files x86 and common files. Make sure the user has full control of the folders

    Or you may want to re-install aatrix after running 'change user /install' from an administrative command line. Then when the install is done, do a 'change user /execute'

    The Sage site points to a problem with activation and as I recall the keys have to be the most current new customer numbers and may not work if the customer still has old working keys referencing an old customer number. Also have found in some situations that I have to run the Aatrix update manually from https://partner.aatrix.com/index.php/sage100erp - you can download the update from the link in the upper right corner.

    Do you have the previous IRD installed? Does the client have an active Sage Portal logon?
