    Client recently upgraded to version 2015, PU1 and now the customer memos are not showing up on existing customers in customer maintenance or inquiry, but they DO show up in Sales Order Invoice and other areas and on NEW customers in Inquiry and maintenance. A Rebuild did not fix it. Checked in the DFDM and there is no exp date or start/stop date and AutoDisplaySetting is indeed set to ""Y"". Anyone have any insight as the what might be the cause?

    You can change the setting on each memo as to which screens it displays on. I just converted my data files to 2015 to test (because I knew I had some memos that pop up). When I pulled mine up in Memo Maintenance, it says Auto Display Settings are Overwritten because I unchecked Customer Maint/Inq. Are those checked for those memos?

    Yes, they are checked - I just unchecked, saved, and re-checked them to see if I could re-write to the table but still no luck. I also have the **...overridden** message on mine. It works in every other module, just not in Customer Maint and Inquiry. So strange!

    Have you checked the settings in AR | Setup | Memo Manager Maintenance as the defaults? Perhaps there's something in there that's missing. In my fresh install of v2015 in ABC company, the memo for ABF auto appears if you want to use that as a comparison.

    @RobertWhite yep everything looks normal in there compared to my ABC install (which is also working). They upgrade from 2014, so it's not like it was an old install or anything.

    At least existing memos can be updated using VI if you need to change settings in bulk.

    That is what I ended up doing. Exported all the data, wiped it and re-imported so they were all ""new"" again. Fairly easy work around, but super annoying.

    @MarkKotyla Yep, everything was set. I compared everything I could find against my ABC System where they were working. Since they worked for new memos, it was very hard to troubleshoot.

    No, Sage didn't have a clue either. So I exported all the info, wiped the table, then reimported it back in. The whole process what pretty quick, and we didn't hit any roadblocks. Good Luck!!

    If you DFDM one of the existing customer memo records that isn't showing up, scroll down and look at the number of fields in the record. Now check the Raw Data checkbox (I think that's what it's called). Now look at number of fields again - is it different? It sounds like it is, that physical file not in alignment with the dictionary for existing rows. What you can do is try either or both of the resolutions I suggested to @MichaelMcDonald on his post. In his case it required doing it on the source version but in yours doing it on the version upgraded to should be fine - https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/25809221

    Sage has confirmed this is a bug. If you have Inquiry checked it does nothing - in order to get them to display in Inq, you have to also choose Maintenance. Or at least that was the issue with my client.
