Client recently applied PU9 to their v2013 advanced system (with ext solutions, and now every time they preview or print a register it pulls up twice (once as it should, then they close it and it pulls up again). Any thoughts on where to begin looking for a solution? It happens in every module and every company, on every workstation. What controls that?

Is the workstation set to print two copies? Is that even possible?

no, because it happens when you preview. Click preview, then close the preview then it opens again. Strangest thing ever.

Just test with invoice printing in preview and it happens there as well, so it is not just registers, but rather every preview. The prompts (Do you want to update...) only come up once though.

Sounds like Sage and the Extended Solution are both trying to print and/or update. Somehow PU9 messed up who takes precedence. Did they reinstall the updates to the Extended Solutions after installing PU9?

Standard procedure for me is to install product update and then re-install the extended solutions once again on top of the product update (always check for updated version of the enhancement as well). Did you update with these steps?

@JimSteele We did, but I am thinking reinstalling the enhancement is not a bad idea. The install bombed out the first time, so we reinstalled, but after the fact, I was kicking myself a little for not rebooting between installs. I will give that a go and let everyone know if we are still having issues. Thanks!!
