Client receiving the following message after Updating their Keys themselves to be proactive to their Payroll Subscription expiring 4/30/2017. ""Your product key is not authorized for Sage 100 ERP. Contact your reseller to obtain a Sage 100 ERP product key."" Client is calling Sage themselves. Will update later when they have this resolved. (NOTE: no one can log into Sage 100 at all, with the keys she added on Friday off the Client Portal. Unsure what version she is at, Unsure if the keys ""re updated themselves"" after she changed them on Friday.). Happy Monday May 1st to everyone.
