    Client receiving the following message after Updating their Keys themselves to be proactive to their Payroll Subscription expiring 4/30/2017. ""Your product key is not authorized for Sage 100 ERP. Contact your reseller to obtain a Sage 100 ERP product key."" Client is calling Sage themselves. Will update later when they have this resolved. (NOTE: no one can log into Sage 100 at all, with the keys she added on Friday off the Client Portal. Unsure what version she is at, Unsure if the keys ""re updated themselves"" after she changed them on Friday.). Happy Monday May 1st to everyone.

    We have had clients update their keys. It only pushed their renewal up to end of May 2017 and still locked them out of payroll. Sage solution was the latest services update on 2015 and 2016. Of course don't forget Sage notice late last week (only to the client base) stating the renewals expiration is being pushed out till later this year.

    So this client spoke with Sage and it was determined the new Payroll Key was not ""linked"" to the rest of the modules. Meaning they no longer had access to anything in Sage100; except Payroll. Sage has them temporarily up and running with a work around, and they are waiting for new keys for their install to be generated overnight.

    I have someone with this exact same issue. NICE. Luckily one person was still logged into Sage and could change the serial numbers back.

    I had a customer call me asking if Sage was giving them a credit for the months of May thru July...

    So talked to a client today, partner portal keys were different from customer portal keys and different from the email with keys they sent her in March after she renewed her maintenance. She renewed with them directly and has a Gold plan, they failed to catch they did not sell her the PR subscription. Oh joy...
