Client ran payroll, updated check register. Trying to create Dir Dep file - keeps saying 0 records, 0 dollars. Last ACH file created was last week's. I have no idea how ACH gets it's info - but did notice in the PR_03 file, there was no ""header"" record for this week's payroll - it ran right from 0134 into 0135 records without the 0135 header record. I tried adding it manually, but still no Dir Dep being created. Any ideas?
