Sage 100

The parts are lot valuation.  I've been trying to locate the records in IM_ItemCost and IM_ItemTransactionHIstory using DFDM & Crystal, but I can't find them.  Here's what I'm trying in DFDM, but I'm not finding them.


I also tried Crystal, but no luck.
Any ideas on locating the items?

@Barbara Goldstein, I am not sure what you tried in Crystal, but the PO receipt history report will give you the receipt number, which should then show up in the Item Transaction history file as the EntryNo field (G000000).with transaction code PO.​

Barbara, 
with the crystal report do you have ther report options set to convert Database Null values to Default and Other Null values to Default? leaving those off might keep those records from being selected. Another thought for DFDM, have you tried just typing in the item number without the key separators? then click on the magnifying glass? that should bring up the list of everything for that part number if the number of records for that item are reasonably small you could scroll to find the missing warehouses/

It turns out the records never made it into the inventory files.  I ended up using Dan Burleson's handy tool to confirm my suspicions.
