Client on v4.3.10 - Not upgrading soon (enough). Any REAL reason why I can install the 4.30PDFDriverUpdate.exe? I know you should be on SU 17 or so, but they have several WIN 7 PRO 32 OS workstations that I can't get the drivers to install via the pl_advancedoptions_UI program.

Don't know Jeff if that will work, never tried. I usually make my clients upgrade to the current sp for their version or at least put sp18 on before I would try to install. Any reason you don't want to upgrade the sp ?

I have a client in the same boat. I end up installing the 4.5 workstation - making sure the PDF Converter is installed and configured correctly. Then reinstall the 4.3 workstation.

@DianeRuth. Client is using Radio Beacon for warehouse management and it was (is) a pain to stay current with the SU's. Since the system did not have major issues, we kept the fixes at SU 11. Client finally approved the migration to v4.5, but it will be a while longer with the RB and ACOM interfaces to work through. In the meantime, we have to resolve the paperless issues. I just installed v4.5 today so I will try Bill's suggestion and keep my fingers crossed.

Installed the v4.5 client and paperless in v4.3 is now functioning. Thanks @BillPfahnl for the suggestion. I didn't even have to reinstall the v4.3 client.
