    Client on Sage 2015 Adv whose Sage stopped working yesterday. I have renamed the sessions.pvk, locate.pvk, workstation.m4t, console.m4t, stopped and restarted the service, rerun wkstup. She can get the login, but it does after that - but shows as a connection on the server (if I run as app instead of service). Other people can connect and run, and I can run on the server. Something had to have happened to her machine - what to look for? Have disabled MS Defender (?) - some MS that originally was deleting her launcher.exe. Had to have been a MS Tuesday night update...

    Have you tried logging in from her machine as another user?

    Yes, have tried as me. Goes away after the login.

    Have you tried renaming her PC in windows....

    @JeffFiddelman - I considered that, but hadn't tried it yet. Currently I had IT setup an RDP on her desktop and she's logging into the server and running it there. I'll ask him about renaming.

    Will it run in ""MAS 90"" mode?

    OK, so here's the thing about 'MAS90"" mode - it can't find a launcher.exe in the Launcher folder on the server. And sure enough - it's not there. I guess it only matters where you're trying to run in MAS90 mode.

    unc path vesus mapped drive for the location of the MAS90 folder? Maybe look at the ODBC connection on the workstation and change it to a unc path if it is mapped?

    Does the icon show up on the taskbar? If so, could it be minimized?

    HMPH. I emailed the IT guy to ask if he had tried DEP or renaming, and he hadn't bothered to tell me he had rolled back a MS update and all was well now.
