Client on Sage 100 Standard recently upgraded terminal server to Server 2012. The users cannot use the paperless office emailing capability and receive an error. This feature where the electronic AP advice docs are emailed to vendors will work when logged onto the TS as administrator but not as the user. We can run MAS as Admin but it requires admin password every time. We don't want to make the user an admin on the TS for obvious reasons. Any thought? TIA

Are the PDF's not being created, or are they created but not emailed?

In Regedit, give users full rights for the Sage 100 PDF Converter.

As an aside, I think you can look at the properties on the Sage 100 launcher and under advance, set it to run as administrator.

We are confirming but we think that the pdfs are created and not emailed.

If the problem is email related, you should have a chilkat error pop-up, or the problem is after it gets to the email server.

You can try giving your domain users full control to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage folder and see if that helps.
