    Client on Sage 100 Advanced 2014. Emailing customer statements. When looking in customer viewer in paperless office, a few statements have red links for PDF not found. These also did not get emailed. I have rerun the statements for these customers and they went fine. Why would Sage 100 show a link, but have the pdf not created or emailed the first time?

    most likely user rights. when you reran them did you do it using the same user/workstation? I'll say that usually if it is user rights the user that ran them would have most likely gotten an error or at least would have seen that not all the emails were sent.

    Thanks David, but in this case the client is running a series of statements at once and most work, but a few get a link but no PDF.
