    Client on Prem had issues with Paperless. Did pl_advancedoptions_ui, etc, finally found it was a bad copy of Adobe. Reinstalled and Paperless went fine. HOWEVER, her printer has disappeared from the list of printers by then (who knows). IT reinstalled her printer. Now she is getting the ""Deferred Printer"" only option happening, but none of the helpful hints for Adv seem to apply to Premium. Went into Home and was able to create/delete a file, so doesn't seem to be rights, but can't imagine what else it is. Any hints for this with Premium?

    Have you checked her permissions to the C:\Sage folder on the workstation? Give the user modify rights.

    Try removing records in the SY_ReportSetting table that are related to her user and/or workstation, as well as any record that has ""Deferred"" as the printer name. You can also try removing a record for her user/workstation in the SY_LastFormUsed table.

    Verify the user has access to the path in the servers section of sota.ini on the local workstation. Copy the path in sota.ini and paste it in Windows Explorer.

    In my experience ... always a connection type problem. How was Workstation setup done? Via mapped drive, UNC path, etc. and how was the third setting, reports path set? Are you using IP address or server name consistently? I've seen an install via unc server name path with a crystal reports via an IP path cause this type of problem.

    Thanks everyone. We had already re-done a WKSETUP and appear to have correct rights to the server. I'm currently pinning my hopes on the local folder rights.

    How about the virus scanner. My client was Sage 100 Standard, but exact same symptoms. Webroot had been added and as soon as it was removed, issue went away.
