Client on 4.5.3. New workstation, Win 7 64. Paperless hangs. Have changed port to Sage, then changed to C:\Sage. Made sure security tab has all checks all groups. The DLL in the SysWOW64 folder is actually reigstered, but I registered it again, which is like the first time I've got that to happen on a 64 bit machine. Did Run as Administrator when I ran MAS. Tried to print a GL Journal and it still hangs. No errors, just stays on page 1 and never goes into Adobe display. Oh, also - PL_Advancedoptions_UI shows it as installed, and I did verify I can view in Paperless viewer, so Adobe is correctly installed. Help!

Had one this morning that did the same thing and it was UAC. Was that completely turned off when you ran Wksetup? I find that turning UAC off completely, then running Wksetup fixes those odd hanging, nothing happens issues.

clear any errors on the print driver, re-run wksetup (with UAC turned off as Kevin recommends) then check the settings again the print driver as you did above (port/security), and try again.

If that doesn't work uninstall Adobe and replace it with Foxit or nitro

I had the client run PDFInstall.exe and reboot and it's working now. I was going to login and try the rest of these instructions but since that worked... THANKS to everyone for their replies!
