Client on 4.4 is trying to print a pick sheet but keeps getting no data to print message. I've checked the SO and the print PS checkbox is checked, but still keep getting the message. Suggestions?

Is it a credit card order? If so, might need to check the box to include Unauthorized/Expired Credit Card Order

Is there an expired/unauthorized credit card on the order? If so, they need to select the Include Unauthorized/Expired Credit Card Orders checkbox on the Picking Sheet Printing screen.

Maybe it's on hold and you need to check the box to print orders on hold?

Checked to make sure ""on hold"" was checked and it was. Also checked the CC info even though payment is ""check"". Still no go...keeps coming up no data selected. So weird.

How about backordered lines? And are they regular items or other line types? Finally, they're not drop ship, are they?

The order has a backorder qty. I'll give it a try.

Used to be that if the order is a Standard order with a backorder quantity it would not print. If Backorder type order with backorder quantity then it will print. Not sure it is still the same - seems they may have changed something.

What product update revision are they on.

If drop ship is involved I've seen this happen. I had a client get curious about the ""DS"" checkbox on the lines tab and no picking sheet was the result.

@JeffSchwenk they are on 4.4 SU8 w/the most current version of JobOps. @Everyone else, this is a standard order that has one line and that line has been identified with a backordered qty. I can't make it print and have checked all the data elements suggested above and no luck. I agree @ClaudiaGallegos, may be time to delete and re-enter.

Oh and I confirmed there was a record in the SO_SalesOrderPrint file marked with a (4). Another colleague suggested I check that as it was an issue in 4.1.

You might try a fresh copy of crystal. Maybe it became corrupted.

SUCCESS!!! Cleared the backorder qty and it printed! @RobertaFerguson good call!!

Couple of other things to check: - Actual items, not just misc - Warehouse code within range of warehouses included (assuming multi-warehouse)

I just experienced this on 4.50 and remembered this post. I wanted to share. I tried everything suggested. It turned out to be a kit item, which no kit exists for it. They use BOM module. So you can't print it. I changed product type, deleted and re-entered number. It finally worked.
