    This began in the middle of the day.

    I have a case open with Sage, and it is being escalated up the support chain. Waiting for a callback now

    We have tested in MAS90 mode, turned off ODBC Security in Role Maintenance, uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled Sage workstation on the server, installed 64-bit ODBC. Checked roles.

    This occurs with all reports and forms for all users.

    Thoughts?

    Does this mean you are getting the "No Data" error message or are you getting the form/report which has headings and other formatting but the data portion is all blank? 

    What happens if you create. Crystal Report? Can you access the data?

    No error message.  Forms just produce the headings and text but no data.  I also tried creating a new report, but no data from there, either.

    Do they have odbc print service set up.  If so it may be stopped or hung up.

    1. Do they have the C/S ODBC Driver enabled for all users?
      1. If yes:
        1. Is the process running?
        2. Did anyone change the port/server it is configured to use?
        3. Have you confirmed it is configured to point to the correct server and port?
        4. Have you tried restarting the pvxiosvr.exe process?
        5. Have they recently implemented any new firewall/security changes that might need exceptions made for the C/S ODBC Driver?

    They do not use CSODBC and I do not see a service called ODBC Print Service.

    blank records in SY_USER

    or

    corrupted records in SY_ODBCSecurity table? 

    have you looked at this article? 

    Crystal reports or forms are blank after upgrading or after changes are made to ODBC Security

    WAG:

    Source (Sage)

    Source ( Higher Logic )

    Option II: Check for blank record in SY_User.m4t

    1. Get everyone out of Sage 100
    2. Browse to ...\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\ folder
    3. Make a copy\backup of SY_User.m4t
    4. Log into Sage 100
    5. Open Library Master, Utilities, Data File Display and Maintenance (DFDM). Click OK to warning message
    6. Click on the folder icon to the right of the File Name field
    7. Browse to ...MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\ and open SY_User.m4t
    8. Delete the first record if the record Key is blank (i.e. Key=[ ])
    9. Exit DFDM
    10. Print\Preview Report(s) to verify you can see data

    Ding Ding Ding!  Wayne, I'll take a WAG of yours any day.  We had looked at SY_Role but not SY_User.  That was it.
