Client on 2017 on 32 bit machine, new to system. Client is trying to print a WO Picking Sheet and getting error ""The following error occurred while connecting to SQL Server: IM002: [Microsoft]{ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified."" Also Error 43 in WOWFKB line 1510 . Have tried different printers, so I don't think it's that. This particular error not on the KB. Any help appreciated! (PS Gets this on print or preview, client can preview other WO reports.)

Does this happen on other workstations? Is this the ""Standard"" form?

    Do they have SQL Mirroring?

Other users with the same problem? Perhaps have someone run the report in Crystal Reports directly to see if there are any formula errors

And of course, make sure the _2? work tables are reinitialized first to clean out the crop left over from failed attempts

Does not happen on other workstations. Not a std form, but since it is used elsewhere, probably doesn't matter. No SQL mirroring. And I did clear those work tables.

The error 43 is in a routine called ""Copy Lines"" and the error is with the high line # which may be a high (> 99999) record index.

Hm. I just got the error 43 once, so maybe that was the order I used. I get the SQL error every time.
