Client on 2016.2 asking if the Landscape version of the AR Aging report can be modified to hide 0.00s in each Aging column. She attached both samples of Landscape and Portrait. Portrait has blanks where Landscape has 0.00s. The .RPT is out of the box, unmodified, same as on my local, but my version displays 0.00s. Can't find differences in the .rpts, or why zeroes don't appear on Portrait. Am I missing something obvious?

Was the report modified for her in a previous version? It is odd that an orientation would change visability

Not that I can find, and I'm the one that did their last 2 upgrades. In 2016, there are different .rpts for the landscape and portrait versions. I've been looking at Report Options, and not finding differences. Not sure where else to look. No conditional suppression on the fields. And they are the Sage supplied files.

Can't you just modify the report and tell Crystal to suppress zero's? I'm doing the same for a customer on another report

Yes, but I'm trying to solve the mystery. :-)

Good luck with that. For every one you solve Sage creates 2 more

Easy fix... add suppression logic to the fields: currentfieldvalue = 0
