    Client on 100c Std 5.30.4 with Payroll, Keys match what is on the portal, Sys Config Update says no updates found, portal says payroll plan end date is 3/21/2019, but yet *Info says 3/21/**2018** and they are getting messages that payroll will expire in 38 days. What now?

    There is an issue in Version 2017.1 and Version 2016.4 (ONLY) where the update button does not work, instead you have to do the Edit / Activate for any customers on those version for payroll.

    And...in some cases that will still not work. We have had 3 clients that Sage needed to take their sy_system and sy_metering files back and edit them in order to get this correct.

    Also...Sage has a separate keys server/database that these activations/updates reach out to. We have had several cases where the portal shows the correct date but Sage has the wrong expire date in that separate keys database. Once they fix the dates on their end then the activate or update works correctly.
