    Client needs to regenerate a Sage Dir Dep file. The file shows, but when regenerating, it does not regenerate that one - only does 2 prenotes. How to kick it in the ass to get it to go?

    Are you entering an effective date and is it the correct date? And changing batches to Include to Only Batches Previously Transmitted?

    The page that prints out says one batch has a missing bank code. That's got to be our batch, but how in the hell did it generate once if it's missing a bank code?
