Client needing a horrendous number of UDFs for SO Detail. I do NOT want to just add them to the grid - I want to be able to put them on a link to a dialog box like you would have been able to do in 3.71. However, if I create a link, all of the fields are Display Only. How do you get around this?

Doable on v2015+ with scripting using the scripts in the attachment. This requires the UI Post Load event script attached to the dialogue containing said UDFs, which should end up with a ""ALB_MAIN_"" prefix added to them. This dialogue needs to have the default OK button hidden. Then add an Accept and a Cancel button and point each button to its script in the attachment. The button scripts must be set to execute on the server.
