Client just changed to the Sage 100 ERP unified logon. They are using version 2013 Standard with PU 2. When the unified logon is activated, Standard reports, custom reports, and external custom Crystal Reports won't run and Sage Intelligence won't connect. No help from Sage tech support (""I don't see anything in the database""). Everything works great when I turn off unified logon so ODBC is configured correctly. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know but would love to see what the resolution is. Obvious suspect is something to do with the ODBC but nothing is really jumping out. If you login as a user with network administrator rights does anything change?

I've tried that and still nothing. I'll keep you posted when I get it resolved. Set the client back to the ""normal"" logon method for now.

This isn't something goofy about a system login (security level) not recognizing UNC? I remember running into something odd for MAS200 when I used a local system account to run it and suddenly users couldn't see anything not on the same server. I know this isn't MAS200 - just thinking wondering out loud.

I'm going onsite Tuesday 6/11 to try and resolve this issue. I saw an old post on the Sage knowledge base referring to blanking out user passwords before clicking the unified logon check box.

@WayneSchulz Issue resolved. The user's Sage 100 password located in User Maintenance must be blanked out or none of the reports will run. Interesting to note that after the passwords are blanked out and the unified logon is activated, external Crystal reports require the user to enter the network/Sage 100 user name only without a password. This is going to cause ODBC security issues as any user can now access any table unless ODBC security is configured. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
