Client just called. They need a financial report that requires something more than built in reports and Crystal won't do it. They are on version 4.3. I went to BOSS and it doesn't show any FRx keys under the registration, but it does show an SMI key which to me means they used to own FRx. However, they can't use SMI on version 4.3 (nor do I want to deal with that anyway). What do you do in this case?

All installs of MAS were given an SMI key regardless of whether they owned FRx. Can you get them to upgrade?

I would recommend getting F9. If that is not an option, you can use *UNHIDEGL to unhide the old GL custom financial reports menu.

If they had FRx previously, SAGE is still supose to be supporting FRx with 4.3

I believe you would get the SMI keys even though you did not own FRx previously.

If you call product registration can you still obtain FRx keys? If not, as @JonParkinson suggests, F9 is still very inexpensive and easy as pie to install and design reports. My .02 cents.
