  • 1.  Client is trying to print 1099's and 2013 is showi

    Client is trying to print 1099's and 2013 is showing up on the form, even they have chosen to print for 2014. Any ideas?

    Have they run the Automatic Update? If so, try running from www.aatrix.com\sage100erp - the program is on the right of the page. When you go back into Sage, the Automatic Update will prompt again.

    John, What I had to do is go into a Vendor who is setup for 1099, make sure the 1099 calendar 2014 is setup. I have found a few of my clients that is wasn't when I changed the year to 2014 I was able to pull data into Aatrix. I also have gone in AP Options and changed the 1099 Year to 2014 so it defaults to 2014 in Aatrix

    FWIW - You can also manually run the UPDATER.EXE directly on the efiling workstation from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Aatrix
