John, What I had to do is go into a Vendor who is setup for 1099, make sure the 1099 calendar 2014 is setup. I have found a few of my clients that is wasn't when I changed the year to 2014 I was able to pull data into Aatrix. I also have gone in AP Options and changed the 1099 Year to 2014 so it defaults to 2014 in Aatrix
