Client is starting to get several sales orders that are out of balance (i.e. the total on tab three does not equal the total on tab four.) They are on v4.4 PU1 waiting on the Avalara folks to give the all clear to move to PU2 or 3. The usual tricks of deleting the line, recalcing sales tax, deleting the order, ets. are not working. Has anyone else started to encounter this? Not sure if Avalara is the cause or not.
