Client is running Sage 100 v2016 PU1 - Windows Server 2012 Standard and Windows 10 workstations. In the attachment, you'll see where there's some overlapping where it says ""DELIVERIES/RESIDENTIAL"". This is happening sporadically on many different comments they use. It usually occurs when some sort of symbol is used, such as a period, slash, and the most worrisome dollar sign. It doesn't happen every time with these symbols, and I can't really make out any sort of pattern as to why it happens. The only thing I know for sure, is it only affects machines running Windows 10. As you can see in the screenshot the first / prints OK but the second one is overlapping with the S and it appears to be a dollar sign but it is not. Tried printing to various printers with the same result. Tried printing to adobe with the same result too. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm curious to see any comments re this. I find Crystal printing is often really really crappy. Never pinned it down to machine type, though.

Did you try checking ""No Printer"" in Page Setup?

    Yes, No printer is selected.

We've had issues with TT fonts in Windows 10, specifically Calibri. What font is this field?

I'd suspect imported data using a source file with an odd character encoding. If you edit the seeming bad data using the Sage interface, typing it anew, does it still print the bad value? (We've seen some odd things with accented French characters too, which Sage 100 doesn't seem to like). Copy / paste from Excel often inserts invisible characters too, so I'd also wonder if that is the case here.

I'm with @KevinMoyes - Ask the client if the cut/paste these from Excel (or anywhere for that matter) and try typing it manually and see if that fixes it.
