    Client is running Sage 100 Advanced 3.71 User is running via a citrix server and is getting the following error when trying to print to Adobe Standard 9.5.2 autocreated print driver. Crystal Printer Error: Not enough memory for operation. We've reinstalled workstation client for this user. Still gets error. Any ideas? TIA

    I wrote most of the KB article way back when. Instead of running Wkstn Setup through a session, you can always manually do the registry edit on the Citrix box (do it on every Citrix box if this is a Citrix farm) BUT that assumes this error occurs even when printing to a regular printer. IOW if error only occurs printing to Adobe, this is not the resolution. In that case try just opening a PDF through Windows Explorer - see if you get a EULA prompt to acknowledge (it interferes with apps that try to print to PDF).

    Thanks Alnoor, The problem is with the adobe driver only, not with any other printer driver. You can print crystal reports, regular reports to the adobe driver but you cannot print forms to the adobe driver. We tried the purchase order, sales order and sales order invoice and all get the above error.
