Client is running MAS 90 4.30.0.23 and when logging into MAS 90 they get 'Launch32.exe is in use by another user'. The client is running Windows 7 workstations with Microsoft Security Essentials. I have advised client to add the Anti-Virus MAS 90 file exclusions, exclude the \MAS90 folder on server and exclude the Launch32.exe and pvxwin32.exe on all workstations. As well as verify the Windows 7 workstation's MAS 90 startup icon is using the Mapped Drive vs. UNC name.
Just wondering if this could be some other issue, other than the Microsoft Security Essentials anti-virus?
