Client is running into an Error 11 WOWRLB ln 17130 while trying to run the Dispatch List. They are on 4.05. I haven't seen this, nor can I find it in the KB. The WO number it references doesn't appear in Active or History files that I can see. Suggestions?

Deb, it looks like WOWRLB (Dispatch Sheet Printing) is trying to read a record from WO1 Work Order Header file. Rebuilding W/O Sorts may fix this.

Or rebuilding the key files for WO1.

It's saying there is a WO# in WO3 that's not found in WO1. Look at the Key= when you click Info at the error or you can click debug and type ? WO3$(1,7)

So sure enough there is a record in WO3 for a WO that I cannot find in either WO1 or the history files. Is rebuilding key files the way to go? Or just delete the info via DFDM? Thanks for all your responses!

Since there is no actual work order I would think you should simply delete the detail record in WO3.

I agree, or if a valid work order add the work order in Work Order Mainteance. Either will work.

What Gene and Ken said but would first check how many orphan WO3 recs you're dealing with .. attached. If there are 1000's then maybe a approach different than DFDM.

Rebuilding key files in WO1 & WO3 did the trick. I tried to just delete the errant record, but as Alnoor suspected, more errors occurred. Thanks again for all your help.
