    Also test Paperless Office general checklist - the non-framework modules can have issues even when it works with the framework modules. Use IP address in Paperless Office path setup and make sure Sage PDF printer permissions allow Everyone access.

Verify that the PDF directory allows either change control or full control. Change the PDF directory if needed. Expand Paperless Office and Setup. Double-click Journals & Registers\Form\Report Maintenance. Click Entries. Select the Company, Module Code, and Document settings used when the PDF directory was originally set.     Yep, I'm just getting Jim on each page. It's trying to convert something, but only results in blank pages.

    @JimWoodhead, I found that one on the old KB site, but it reports on file with .pvc 351 vs a M4P 266...does this make a diff?
