    Client is on Sage 100 4.3.23 Set up a new workstsation. Everything that workstation prints, previews, or sends to paperless office has the report header but no data. Any ideas?

    If it's a new USER, as well, I""d suspect ODBC security. If not - no clue. Not fonts, because they're all MS Serif.

    What about something from a legacy module, like I/M or P/O? If those print fine, you may just need to enable the ODBC setting in Sys Config, save, and then disable.

    I agree with @BethBowers - I'd say it's an ODBC security issue. If they have enabled ODBC security and that user has not been given access, he/she will not see data. Are other users able to see data from that workstation?

    Yes, it could just be a matter of the Role that User is assigned to, doesn't have the items selected on the ODBC tab in Role Maint - that is of course if ODBC security is enabled.
