Client is on MAS90 EES (1.3), workstations are W7. 1 particular workstation (not new) now shutdowns MAS when quickprinting. I did have her create a new user code for the user but that didn't help. Doesn't happen on other workstations. Last week I advised the client to turn off UAC, reboot, rerun wksetup, thought it was fixed. Today she emails that it is not only workstation specific, but company specific. So it works in 1 company but shutdowns MAS in another company. I don't even know where to start with this troubleshooting. Anybody have any ideas?

A while back I had a similar issue, and it was due to Automatic Logoff being enabled for the user.

Nancy is this only in quick print? Does it happen in check printing itself? How about printing framework reports? Is paperless enabled?

Had something similar once - didn't actually shut down MAS, but did crap out the quick printing. Had to delete records pertaining to the form code in SY_ReportSetting. As a matter of fact, it has happened at least 3 times, always to the same user, always the same fix.

Is it MAS 90 or 200 - have you checked user preferences to see if ""Spawn Tasks from Application Server"" is checked. I had one user who always had issues with printing and come to find out she was the only user who didn't have that checked.
