Sage 100

Client is on 4.5 getting tabs in panels with ""&""1 ""&""2 instead of 1. 2. See screen shot attached. I have tried multiple screen resolutions and no success. Re-installed workstations setup. Reports display correctly. Initial Mas screen displays correctly.I have rebuilt customizer. I have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled the workstation and I am unable to get this to show correctly.

Have you deleted the customization and added it back in?

It looks like your screen may be set to display text larger than the 100% size.

This only happening on one user's workstation and all panels whether customized or not. It happens at the login.

Did you reboot? I literally just had this two days ago and that fixed it.

I am leaning toward some kind of magnification because they used to have an overrsized monitor attached to this machin and now have a standard 17

That font looks like Verdana rather than the Sage standard font (MS Sans Serif?). Do they have MS Sans Serif installed on the machine?

What happens when you log in as a different user on that PC?

I'm also recollecting that XP had a way to change application fonts in the Display settings. See if that's been modified from the standard.

If you change the workstation name it may reset itself to standard

It appears the tabs have two & for each tab instead of one. Hot keys appear to be disabled, so try editing the Folder Definition screen to only have one &.

@AaronClark - can you tell me where I would find this?

MS san serif is installed on the workstation.

@BuffyLubinski: It used to be under the display control panel icon, and I think the ""advanced"" tab.

Got it finally! They were missing a display driver. I did also change the DPI up to 120 and back down to 96 and reboot. Thanks for the suggestions.

How did you deduce it was a missing display driver?

When looking into device manager there were 3 displays and the user only had one. They also stated they recently swapped out monitors on the machine...luck and frustration. User completed all of this without IT assistance.
