Client is on 4.30.22 Sage 100 standard and they keep freezing up. In the activity log I see this error and can't make any sense of it.

So if they were Successfully Authenticated then why is it saying System Error???
Anyone have any idea on what I should be looking for. Of course the portal is worthless.
