Sage 100

Client is on 4.30.22 Sage 100 standard and they keep freezing up. In the activity log I see this error and can't make any sense of it. ""System Error - User Successfully Authenticated (from Workstation: 3EB44FC7-4)"" So if they were Successfully Authenticated then why is it saying System Error??? Anyone have any idea on what I should be looking for. Of course the portal is worthless.

Is this from the Sage System Activity Log? Is it form the server log? Workstation? First check the usual suspects. 99% of the time it's AV or Malware scanners.

In 4.4, it says System Activity but in 4.3, it says System Error. Same thing.

It is from the system activity log. I have a call in to the IT dept to check the AV... So you think that could be giving it that error...

@theresa we checked 4.3 and it didn't say System Error on our system.... But I will take this error off my list and try the AV first. Thanks all just thought I was missing something. Will get back if not the AV.

I logged into a customer still at 4.3 and their activity log shows System Error until 10/30/13 when it switches to System Activity. They may have installed an update then as their SY_Activation file has a 10/30/13 date. They are at 4.30.23 BTW.

Ok we are 22. 4.30.23 might be when sage decided to change the message.... System Activity makes more sense. Thanks @ThereseLogeais

In 4.5, it says System User Access, BTW.
