Client is on 2014 Advanced and using W10 (yes I know it's not supported and they do now too!). However, wondering if anyone has experienced Sage randomly closing in the middle of data entry (sales order to be specific). They don't use the Auto Logoff feature and he thinks it just started after their upgrade to W10. Now discussing an upgrade but would like to be able to tell him that the issue is caused by W10. Thanks

You might have IT verify that Windows opportunistic locking is turned off - not a windows 10 issue, but I think I've seen that cause screens to randomly disappear. also is it happening while they are actively using the screen, or when it has been idle for a while. if it is when they are idle check for screen saver and power saver settings on the workstation.

I had a customer with this issue and rebooting the server solved the problem. Sometimes it's the little things!
