Client is on 2013 Advanced PU4. They installed Sage Intelligence and when they start up they get this attached error. I can't seem to find it anywhere

This is a licensing issue. Since the licensing is ""per workstation"" you have to go to the license manager and delete one of the other licenses on your system. Then log on to the new workstation which you wish to license. Logging on from the other workstation will automatically assign a license to the new workstation.

Thanks Lou. They are trying to run it from a Terminal Server. Assuming they get this error resolved, knowing that the license is machine specific, would they be able to run more than 1 user from the Terminal Server?

I've never seen any details on how it works in Terminal Server, however, the error message you posted appears to include a workstation code. I'm betting that that code is the key to how the license determines which terminal is accessing Report Manager.

Here is a link to a Sage Intelligence discussion from last year on the subject. http://www.sageintelligencecommunity.com/forum/topics/terminal-server-and-licensing-problem

Attached is the installation guide for Citrix. However, the first paragraph of the introduction states the guide is also used for Terminal Server installation.

You can't run more than one user from the terminal server (with one license). I have run into this before. The ""copy activate.pvx trick"" doesn;t exist.

The top of page 7 of the document I previously attached seems to indicate you should be able to have multiple users on the same license. In a single instance Terminal Server/Citrix environment, one Sage 100 ERP workstation installation is accessed by all Sage 100 ERP and Intelligence Reporting users. Intelligence Reporting assigns licenses by workstation and all users who access Intelligence Reporting via the single workstation installation will share the same workstation license. Purchasing a single Connector license is recommended for a Terminal Server/Citrix environment hosting a single installation of the Sage 100 workstation or a Sage 100 Standard installation without a workstation install.
