    Client is getting the Return of Goods in Process error while trying to access a PO. There are no returns in process and I've reinitialized every Return file that seemed to make sense. Anyone got an Idea how to clear this thing? They are on 4.5.4

    Also, JobOps is installed (4.5 general release) - there was a closed WT in play.

    Did you rebuild the sort files after reinitializing?

    Did you include PO_ReceiptReturnMatRqByPO.M4T?

    There are active files in PO Receipts & Invoicing which makes it tough to touch the file you mention @LisaDion. I'll check the data file and see if the PO appears in the list.

    interesting. I've just run into this file problem 3 times in the last 2 months. Took me a long time to find it first time.
