Client is getting sporadic Error messages in SAGE 100 ERP Standard (version 4.50 PU5) and has to close out and reboot workstation. Running on a Windows 7 Pro workstation connected to a Windows 2008 R2 server with 16GB of memory, with 8 processor CPU - 2.20Ghz. Server is also performs the following - File, AD,DNS, and DHCP services.
I've checked or set the following:
Symantec Endpoint AV turned OFF
Turned OFF all Windows power saving features
Turned OFF all ROM-BIOS power saving features
Turned OFF UAC - User Account Control
Set SAGE 100 ERP icon to ""run as Administrator""
Looked into Task Manager and found that beside SAGE 100 ERP user is running:
Sync Center from HP
MS One Note 2013
Windows Live Mail 2011
Panasonic HD Writer
I did not change registry to stop Opportunistic OpLocks, not in my skill set.
Attached is a copy of some of the Error Messages posted the Activity Log for this one SAGE user. This user is running the RMA module most of the day. 6-8 other users do not get these error messages.
