    Client has been having an interesting problem the last four weeks on some PO Receipts, the receipts appear in IM transactions and on the PO. However when trying to post the Invoice, the receipt information does not appear. JobOps is installed, but POs are not tied to Work Tickets. Current Sage level: 4.40.0.4 with JobOps 4.40 Release 09/17/2010 with Maintenance: 01/25/2011. Any ideas?

    Known issue. Fixed in PU8. There are a couple files to fix on earlier PU releases. Contact JobOps for the files. I think there are two. Issue was traced to the PO being opened when ROG update performed.

    I did contact Synergistic, but no word back yet. I thought I'd seen something about this, but couldn't remember the ""fix"". Will confirm the resolution with them.

    Actually, now tht I think about it, I am mixing my apples and oranges. The two files I was referring to was for another problem. Fix for you problem was released in PU5. See attached.

    If it is the same problem, the receipt shows in IM transactions and ROG history, but the received quanttiy field in the PO line table is not updated. If this is what you are seeing, then it is a Sage issue resolved in PU5.

    Just had something similar they completed ROG saw the transaction on the IM transaction tab but purchasing was able to delete the 2 received lines and add new. This PO was not linked to a workticket. My client is on 4.4.6 R2Nanook. Seems the issue occurs again in PU6 or the JobOps files are causing a problem.

    @LisaDion did you report it to Synergistic? They told me they've not seen the problem before.

    No I hadn't before the issue kept getting pushed to the bottom of my to-do list until I saw your post. But I just did now. I told the client we need to install service updates and am going to test in PU8 R3Astro.
