Client has been experiencing episodes of extreme slowness during SO Invoice printing to Paperless. Everyone is remote and logs into a T/S. Reboot the T/S when this occurs and speed goes back to normal. Last time this occurred, IT noticed the following processes running at 50% CPU utilization by one of the users.
RunasMMS.exe *32 - (might be Paychex Process)
ExApp.exe *32 (looked up on the web and might have something to do with Sage or Paychex)
Might either of these processes be used by Sage 100 (Advanced)?
