Client has been doing their own CRM customization. A couple days ago they started getting ""Illegal Access Attempt"" when clicking Maintain Relationship in CRM. If its already an established connection & they click Customer Maintenance from CRM, they get ""You can access Sage 100 ERP tasks only if a relationship is created between your Sage CRM Instance and a Sage ERP company.""
There is relationship. Integration is running. I can load CRM Data from Sage 100 CRM Server Options. I can make a change on the same customer in Sage 100 & the change will take place on the CRM Company, so the sync works in one direction. I can open every other Sage window from CRM: Maintain a Person relationship, Maintain an Address, Create a New Quote, Create a New Order, Edit an existing Quote or Order. Everything works except the Company link.
I tried to add back all the standard fields thinking she removed something that shouldn't have been, but I can't find what is still missing to make this link work again.
I opened a case with Sage, but no help. Nothing in the error logs. No errors when running the integration as a service.
