Client has an AR Statement modified with custom groupings, formulas and a subreport. The report prints perfectly to a printer. The issue is printing to PDF and email using Paperless Office. One Statement prints to PDF and emails. A small range prints to PDF and emails. But the full range of customers or no range entered will fail with an error ""Printer Not Activated, Error Code -41"". I went through all the articles to register dll's and re-install Paperless Office Printer. No luck. On the small range printing, A to M works, N to S, S to Z all print. A to N sometimes fails. I'm convinced it's a memory issue of some kind specifically with the PDF Printer. Has anyone seen something like this before? Thanks for the help!!

I have a customer with a very customized statement that is about 3,500 pages for all customers. If they do all, it will stop with a memory error, I believe. They then look at the Customer Viewer to see where it ended then start with the next customer number. I reported it to Sage waaaay back but they couldn't replicate (how would they get 3,500 pages of statements?). I think it's a Crystal issue actually, and the cache size.

Can you use a PDF printer like Print2PDF, BullZip, or PDF995 rather than use the PDF export in Crystal? Does this also create an error?

@ShawnSlavin Cute PDF Printed fine for all. Good suggestion, thank you. @AlnoorCassim Page M to N issued a ""Printer Not Activated, Error Code -31"" error.
