Client has a new employee who accesses Sage100 Advanced v4.5.4 over Citrix from a remote location. By the way, there are other users who also access MAS over Citrix. The following is his email to me:
Here is what I get when I log into Mass originally. With my name don and pw xx
MSTSC.EXE APPLICATION ERROR
The instruction at ""0x7c910fle"" referenced at ""0x00000000"" the memory could not be ""Read""
Click on OK to Terminate program
Click on CANCEL to debug program
When I click on either OK or Cancel, I get kicked out and back to Remote Desktop Connection.
When I log back in, at the Citrix server ""dbader / I go right back to mass at the point I got kick out and everything works fine.
Anyone had this experience? The other users don't get this message. I tried Googling it, but it couldn't find anything.
