    Client has a new computer and needs to switch SMI from old computer to new. What is the procedure from deleting from the old computer to satisfy SMI's licensing? TIA!

    If you go into License Manager, then double-click/expand the ""Object"" tree on the left side of the screen (it doesn't look like a tree so it's not intuitive), you'll get a list of registered workstations. Right click on the one you want to delete, and then re-license on the new machine. #SMI

    So if you only have it loaded on one machine and that is the one you want to delete, you would do this on that machine and it won't blow up, right?

    @BethBowers: you are correct. You don't have to be licensed to run the license manager.
