    Client had this problem on 4.1 and now having it on 4.4.7. End user swears they always say YES to ship complete in Sales Order, but sometimes a line is getting backordered. Anyone hear of this?

    Clients swearing that they do something but you prove them wrong??? More frequently than I want to think about it!

    S/O Invoice Entry or S/O SDE? And when it happens, if they cancel and do it again, does it happen again?

    Invoice Entry. I had just asked her re the canceling and doing again - it happened only twice last week, so it may take a few days to see.
