Client had IT do their conversion/upgrade on new server. *sigh* Payroll checks are saying @Last Document invalid. Took it out and now it doesn't know it printed any. I'm asking IT to rerun WKSETUP - does anyone think that will work?

Also inquire if they converted the Crystal forms?

Try copying it from a standard form from that version?

I remember an issue with this before and it was the check counter field was removed from the check form itself. Therefore, MAS wasn't recognizing the printing and not asking to update. Just a thought to check if that is still there.

This seems more like a Crystal issue to me. I would copy the form from another install or restore from backup and reconvert it. Since they elected to have the IT do the conversion I would be tempted to let IT call Sage and enjoy that experience.

The forms were converted. A brand new form does the same thing. It's the @LastDocument field and if I leave it in, it says it can't find the formula. If I take it out, it doesn't know it printed. I'm thinking it's kind of like the formula for barcode - if you don't run the C128Setup, you can't print bar codes because it says the formlua not found.

I think that field has to be on the check portion of the form, if I'm not mistaken.

What versions did they upgrade from and to? It's odd that a brand new form would not work. Try copying a form from the same version if you have one available.

Try reinstalling Crystal. I had something similar and reinstalled Crystal as Administrator with UAC turned off.
